How do I book a transfer?
You can submit a request on our website, call us or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram. Our manager will contact you within 15 minutes to confirm your booking.
How far in advance should I book my journey?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your journey, or 48–72 hours in advance for international transfers. Last-minute bookings are possible subject to vehicle availability.
What is included in the fare?
Address pickup within the cities, 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag per passenger, plus blankets and pillows. An additional suitcase costs €10.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank cards, bank transfers for business customers and PayPal for international clients.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your journey. A fee may apply for later cancellations.
